Experience a dynamic and deeply restorative wellness retreat in West Sussex, set within the natural beauty of Knepp Estate.
In collaboration with The Yoga Garden UK and Kindred Sauna, this experience combines movement, heat, water, and energy healing to leave you feeling balanced and renewed.
You’ll begin with a 60-minute yoga flow, awakening the body and building heat. You’ll then move into a 45-minute sauna and lake immersion, using contrast therapy to stimulate circulation, boost energy, and reset your nervous system.
The experience finishes with a 45-minute Reiki energy healing session, allowing your body to fully integrate, soften, and return to a state of deep relaxation.
This flow is ideal if you enjoy a more energising start, followed by a grounded and restorative finish.
